I&#8217;ve patiently trained, answered questions, what not, in the one hour alloted each week. Over this past weekend I had them take a test, open book, open computer, open everything, cheat all they want! The results?<\/p>\n<p>An average score of 68%. The low point? 26.5%. Now the boss wanted everyone to take this training, as to be proficient in the software&#8230; Well apparantly some people feel it&#8217;s below their post, they shouldn&#8217;t have to, it&#8217;s unrelated to their job description.
