So my boss expects miracles out of the replacement. That’s no big deal really, I mean I’ll do what I can, I have a backup plan at least..<\/p>\n

But what’s more is the idea I had for my other job (ie the one I don’t get paid for) got shot down point blank, without any real good review, or comment, just ‘research this other way of doing it, which I’ve obviously researched already and want us to do’. Yeah okay if you wanted to do it that way to begin with then just leave me out of it, I’m not needed, thanks!<\/p>\n
